BW16 BUTT WELDER

Welds together two extremities of a weldable steel rod with a diameter between 4 and 16 mm. It is provided with a grinder for removing weld bead.

BW20 BUTT WELDER

Welds together two extremities of a weldable steel rod with a diameter between 4 and
20 mm. It is provided with a grinder for removing weld bead.

BW32 BUTT WELDER

It welds together two extremities of a weldable steel rod with a diameter between 16 and 32mm. It is equipped with a water cooling system in closed circuit and an hydraulic unit (oil excluded).
The welding is carried out in this way: the two bars are manually placed into the welding clamps after having properly prepared the junction ends. Subsequently, after the appropriate settings on the control system are entered, the automatic welding starts.
The welded bars are removed manually by the operator who will eventually remove the welding burrs.

The machine is supplied with the Kelvin KRA 70 water chiller (antifreeze included) for optimal and intensive use even in extreme environmental conditions.
