MRSA SX

The MRSA Series is designed for the production of electro-welded mesh starting from cold-drawn or hot-rolled straight lengths. The MRSA SX Plant is based on a fixed welding head equipped with electronic programming system and manual positioning of the welding cylinders. It is designed to produce variable longitudinal pitches starting from 50 mm. The plant is equipped with a fully automated arrangement for the loading of both the long wires and the cross wires, thus allowing a fully automated production cycle.

MRSA M - S

The MRSA Series is designed for the production of electro-welded mesh starting from cold-drawn or hot-rolled straight lengths. The MRSA M and MRSA S versions are welding machines equipped with an automatic loading system of the cross wires and “bridge cylinder” system with manual positioning of the welding units. The plants are capable of producing panels with longitudinal pitches of 50, 100, 150 and 200 mm. In actual fact, the MRSA S is well capable of production in large batches, while the MRSA M is a simplified version to cope with lower volume demands.

Step Weld

STEP WELD is a high productivity plant designed to produce trench mesh. This is thanks to high automation, very short set-up times, robust construction and machine reliability. Both the STEP WELD S and H versions can be tailor made to suit various high efficiency configurations. These are suitable for a variety of production scenarios whether producing large series of standard trench mesh or manufacturing a mix of different sizes and dimensions.

MRV 2

The MRV 2 is an innovative plant design based on the performance of two welding heads mounted one above each other and able to simultaneously weld two mirrored panels that can be efficiently stacked without the need of a turning device. The plant can process cross wire with length up to 4000 mm. This means that productivity can be increased by producing a wide mesh transversally rather than longitudinally. Weld Plus - S

A completely automatic and electronically-programmable plant for the production of special electrowelded mesh panels used typically in the prefabrication industry. Within a single mesh panel the line-wires (up to 8 metres) and also the cross-wires (up to 4 metres) may have a variety of lengths, diameters and spacings/pitch. It is therefore possible to produce any form (with its predetermined holes, windows or openings) within the limits of the maximum dimensions specified and the availability of weldable wire of the different diameters from coil.
